Martha Karua Government must conduct an audit of its' ministries and not wait to react to the media and in Parliament as new scandals emerge. Martha Karua The suspension of the officials tied to graft is commendable but hardly sufficient. It is merely 'sweeping the verandah while the inside of the house remains dirty'. If the two prinicipals are serious about ending graft, then the other scandals, including the IDP monies, should be brought to question. Furthermore, they... should suspend the cabinet and reconstitute it in accordance to the law.
